Tri-Community Childcare Centre
Core Ag Inputs (Warner, Alberta)
Farming families work hard, often in isolation, with long hours and few childcare options. That’s why Core Ag Inputs is proud to partner with the Tri-Community Childcare Centre, a grassroots initiative designed to support rural families and strengthen the ag workforce. Through the government’s $15-a-day program, this centre will deliver affordable, high-quality childcare, giving parents peace of mind and the freedom to pursue careers without sacrificing family. But it’s more than childcare. It’s early learning, nutritious meals, and a welcoming space where families can connect, fight isolation, and boost mental health. To make this vision a reality, we’re renovating an existing building to meet modern childcare standards, with a targeted opening in Spring 2026. This includes essential infrastructure upgrades like a new roof, full exterior painting, and comprehensive interior renovations to meet health, safety, and licensing requirements. Prize funds will help complete these critical improvements so the centre can open its doors on time. Born from local conversations among parents, farmers, educators, and small businesses, this project tackles one of the biggest barriers to economic and social well-being in rural communities. Built by the community, for the community, it reflects a shared commitment to sustainable, inclusive rural development. At Core Ag Inputs, we believe strong communities are the backbone of a strong agricultural industry. By supporting this initiative, we’re helping families thrive while strengthening the future of agriculture.
