We send out a yearly training needs analysis to our retail partners to gauge learning needs, business plans and what topics would be most beneficial. If you have an idea for a topic you’d like covered, feel free to get in touch.
WinField United Academy calendar is released in late summer each year for new opportunities starting in the fall and running throughout the winter months.
Yes, we offer an intern on-boarding and training program from May through August. Visit the Operational Services page to learn more about our Academy Field School (formerly known as the Agronomist and Intern Training Program).
